Fragments of Time (Pre-order)
Raffles Hotel Singapore proudly presents Fragments of Time, a personal work by Chef André Chiang, the first-ever chef appointed as Writer-in-Residence. Inspired by the Chinese idiom "吉光片羽", this 200-page book weaves together culinary, cultural, and historical narratives, reflecting on Singapore’s gastronomy and Raffles Hotel’s rich history.
Blending heritage and innovation, Chef André explores the preservation of culinary traditions, the role of chefs today and his inspirations from Raffles Hotel Singapore.
To celebrate the launch, Chef André will host an exclusive book signing event on the evening of 15 April, 7pm at Raffles Boutique.
Self-collection and delivery will commence from 15 April onwards.
