Hainanese Chicken Rice is considered one of the national dishes of Singapore for the dish is loved by almost all Singaporean.  The Dish was developed by the chefs in Hainanese-owed coffee shops in Singapore.  The dish is prepared by combined elements of Hainanese and Cantonese cooking styles, which consists of succulent steamed white chicken that cut into bite-size pieces and served on fragrant rice with some soy sauce.
